Tom Mather… There is too much to say.
In short, this man works magic. If you have a dream, see this guy; he will make it happen, even against the odds.
But it’s not only that—he genuinely cares.
After my experience with him, I trust him with my finances as I would a family member. I truly mean that. The qualities of this man are rare, and I am so grateful.
Our approval process should have been anything but easy. I had been searching for the right property for almost six months. However, we were only eligible to get a property about three months ago. Last week, my fiancé and I found the perfect property for us. However, we hadn’t properly started the pre-approval process. I told Tom it was a shame, and that I wished I had organized my finances sooner. To my surprise, he told me to go for it. I was so shocked. I replied, “But doesn’t it take quite some time to get this all organized?”
He assured me that he could make this happen. I then said, “But Tom, the auction is in 4 days, and they might not even accept my early offer as it probably won’t be enough.” He then explained everything clearly. We trusted him. We went for it.
Not only did Tom help us organize a subject-to-finance agreement, but he also got the loan approved within 4 days!!! AND… He significantly exceeded our expectations on how much we were able to borrow!!!! This helped us secure the house with our counteroffer (I’m telling you now, without him, we wouldn’t have been able to find a loan like this). I didn’t ask him to work as hard as he did. I didn’t even think it was possible to achieve such an amazing outcome within this extremely short timeframe. But this man was working on it still at 3 am some nights. I felt so bad, yet so grateful that he made it happen.
To have someone care this much and work this hard while rooting for you, when they’re not even family, felt surreal. I can’t tell you how grateful we are. It was the highest honour to be helped by such a genuine and caring man.
It didn’t look like it was going to happen at one point, but he calmly explained every minute detail along the entire process and was very reassuring. He transformed a chaotic situation into a smooth process. He is just incredible.
I will always go with Tom in the future. I will be recommending everyone I know who requires his services to see him.
