I just wanted to say a huge thank you James for everything you have done to achieve our settlements on time. As I mentioned at the start of it all, we had a fair bit of trouble dealing with another Lender who’s mortgage brokers were so unhelpful – it made us really stressed. So when we came to you we were not in the best frame of mind, but you certainly proved us wrong and made it all happen with minimal stress, however, I am sure it caused you a fair bit of grief! In particular, we really appreciated that when problems arose you gave us options to overcome them rather than throwing it in the too hard basket. We were also really happy with your communication and the way you were continuously in touch with us so we were never left wondering.
