We care about our clients, staff and Brokers health and well-being, so it's in everyone's best interest that we provide options for undertaking appointments whilst we continue preventative measures to avoid the spread of the COVID-19 virus in Adelaide. To that end, we have a few different options for you to choose from to ensure your home loan activities can remain on track without any delays. Depending on the desired outcomes of your appointment you could choose from the following methods:

Face to face (a physical meeting)
Phone call or conference
Facetime (for Apple users)
Zoom (video) conferencing (your Mortgage Broker can send you a link) 

Whilst our Brokers and team are in a position to work remotely and have access to all the technology systems and tools they use daily to assist our clients, there are times when visibility of documentation is required under Australian lending laws. 

We recommend you discuss your meeting type preferences and desired outcomes with your Mortgage Broker and make the most appropriate arrangements for your circumstances.

Should you however wish to have your scheduled meeting with your Broker we ask that you disclose any recent travel information so that we can maintain all preventative measures.

Our Head Office is cleaned regularly each day and staff are not be permitted into the office if they are unwell, have come in contact with anyone suspected to be infected or who has travelled recently between stated high risk countries. We too are following all recommendations made by the World Health Organisation and our local Government.
