While his policing career shaped his character, Ash’s passion for property spans more than 25 years. As a homeowner, investor, renovator and developer, he has personally navigated construction loans, investment lending and property development. He understands the wins, the setbacks and the smart decision-making required to create strong financial foundations and uses that practical insight to help clients avoid common pitfalls and make informed decisions.
