Firstly thank you for all you have done for us. One of my smartest moves was to get Scott to look after our loans. As I look at the position we are now in with our business, we don’t have one single bit of debt left on it. I can well recognise what got us in the position or underpinned us to get there. The first part was to get my own loans right, which we did. The result has been greater wealth creation in the last few years with our investment property, our holiday house, and our home. Picking up the phone that day and calling you was one of the best things I have done, I can’t thank you enough.
