Conveyancer & Broker Team
Your conveyancer is crucial to ensuring you purchase property in a safe and timely manner. Piecing together your loan funds and your deposit contribution is the final step in the purchase journey, and you want a great conveyancer on your side to make it happen smoothly.
A Conveyancer's Role
Settlement day is where a conveyancer carefully completes your property purchase, making certain that ownership is transferred across to your name. From managing the title to balancing funds to complete the purchase, the conveyancer makes it happen.
What to look for in a contract
A conveyancer can help identify what to look out for in a purchase contract, including conditions you may need to consider in relation to your finance position. Whilst they cannot provide legal advice, they may be able to highlight terms and conditions to be aware of.
What to look for in a Form 1
The Form 1 is typically delivered after contract signing and officially kicks of your cooling off period. It is a document they details everything that is applicable for your property, from easements on the property to council approvals for additions made to the original structure.
